Turnaround Time
At Prime Web Digitals, we provide a swift 48-72 hour turnaround time for most of our design services. Please note that this timeframe refers to a single iteration of a design stage, not the entire project. The revision time may vary from 48 to 72 hours, depending on the type of service requested. This time frame refers to two working days. For instance:
- Logo orders or revisions requested on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
- Logo orders or revisions requested on Friday will be delivered by the end of the day on Tuesday.

The Prime Web Digitals Refund Policy will be void if:

- The primary design concept for any service has been approved.

- The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.
- You have requested revisions.
- The cancellation is for reasons unrelated to the project.
- The company has not been contacted for over 2 weeks.
- The company’s policies have been violated.
- An alternate designer has been approached for the same project.
- The creative brief lacks required information.
- A complete design change has been requested.
- The refund request exceeds the specified time span.
- The business is closing or changing its name.
- Reasons such as “change of mind,” “disagreement with partner,” or other non-service related issues.
- If you have accepted multiple sets of revisions:
- You may claim 50% of the refund after discussing with your Project Manager.
- The approval will be at the discretion of Prime Web Digitals’ management.
- Management’s decision will be final.
- If you subscribe to a service bundle, refunds will only be applicable to the specific service, not the entire bundle.
- Cancellations prior to project initiation for non-design related reasons will incur a 33% cancellation fee.
Note: Prime Web Digitals reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract at its discretion. Upon a refund, you lose all rights to use the designs, which will remain the sole property of Prime Web Digitals.

- All ownership rights to the final design will be transferred to the client, giving them 100% ownership.

- However, the client will not own any materials, media, or content generated during the revision phases leading up to the final product.
CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION
Prime Web Digitals is not responsible for creating or populating content (e.g., text/images) into the website, unless specifically purchased. In such cases:

N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT POLICY
- Prime Web Digitals ensures client confidentiality and does not share customer information, project details, or contact information with any third party. All information remains private.
- Once the project is completed, both parties (Prime Web Digitals and the client) agree not to intentionally defame or disparage each other regarding matters arising after project completion.
- Both parties agree to refrain from making defamatory comments about the other party, including employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors, or business partners, after the completion of the project. Prime Web Digitals will take reasonable steps to ensure compliance with this policy.
RECORD MAINTENANCE
Prime Web Digitals keeps a record of all finalized designs, ensuring that in case of any misplaced order, you will receive the exact file associated with your project.

There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) for technical assistance or service outages unless separately purchased as part of an ongoing maintenance service.
- Website Content Management System (CMS):
- Prime Web Digitals will provide a user manual to assist the customer in using the Website CMS (Content Management System).
- Prime Web Digitals will not be responsible for providing training on the Website CMS.
- Emails Setup
- Prime Web Digitals will provide the necessary settings and information to assist the customer in setting up their emails.
- Prime Web Digitals will not be responsible for installing the emails on the customer's end.
- Prime Web Digitals will not offer technical support or troubleshooting assistance for email usage, as all emails are hosted on open servers and are accessible by all service providers.
- All feedback, revision requests, refund requests, or any other order-related instructions must be submitted through the Prime Web Digitals TeamWorks platform to be considered official.
- Prime Web Digitals will not be responsible for any communications conducted via platforms other than the TeamWorks account or any phone numbers not provided by us or listed on our official website.
- Emails sent from our official email, "info@primewebdigitals.com", are the only valid forms of communication.
- Prime Web Digitals is not responsible for any issues, damages, or delays caused by communication through unofficial channels.

Domain and hosting services are included for free with our website packages, where applicable.
